Has part of creatures 3 (Maybe the others I don't know) the Norns are able to Learn that some thing is good or bad by your reactions to their action, I.e. during wolf run a lot of the young norns would pick up the eggs and play with them if this happens the eggs wont hatch until they had put them down, to stop them from doing this every time one picked up an egg I would give it a smack on the bum, the opposite if they do something good move your hand to the head of the norn and give it a tickle.

Talking to your Norns

There are three ways to teach your Norns to talk:

Move them to the teaching room, however I find this unreliable because its virtually impossible to keep them in their long enough the learn.

Talk them to the stones of Knowledge,

To use CAOS cheats, Following is the line to teach all norns to talk however I have to warn you that something as minor as a typo can cause your game to muck up. and unless your a very familiar with CAOS then I won't advise using it.

Breeding

Norns can only breed at Youth or older Some will breed at old life stage but I've never known a norn to will when ancient, If you have to norns you want to breed but their talking their time try bringing them together and then type in push norn if this has no effect then take them to the med bay and inject them with Oestrogen (46) for women or Testosterone (53) for boys then give them both a shot of Sex Drive (161). This should work.

Feeding

Make sure that they stay in an area where there is Apples, Carrot, Cheese and seeds, There are lots of really good 3rd party cobs available on the web (I hope to have to have some available on my site some) that while make sure that all terrains of the ship have food in otherwise your norns while starve.

General

Make sure your Norns have at least 15 minutes play time a week
